They board 2 passengers per seat. The drivers are good. Overall they have good customer relationships. The waiting time was too long.

Be sure to arrive Owerri with this bus service, they wont stop you by halfway that much i know even though majority of their buses are old. They also run courier service, not the best but will do.

From now onwards, when I have a waybill from Imo State, I will ask the sender to use ITC!. The drivers are well cultured and my package arrived intact!
