A close friend recommended Wiss Castle Hotel and I liked it. It was quite neat and the bed was comfortable. The finishing was good and the facilities worked well.

A beautiful hotel but poorly maintained. Spent a night with family the ACs werent working for rooms 204 and 206 first floor and we couldnt sleep. They brought a very dirty and dusty fan. I couldnt wait for morning to check out. The wash hand sinks had plumbing problems and were licking water on the toilet floors. The receptionist was polite but helpless and kept apologizing. The bathroom shower for room 204 wasnt working and we had to use bucket to fetch water for the kids to shower. A very unpleasant experience for the new year. Will never visit there again!

Beautiful castle like structure. Very nice architecture and lovely to explore.The furnitures are unique and one pf its kind.The lobby is beautiful .The hotel expresses art in different forms.The owner has an exquisite taste and definitely spent a lot of money to meet his taste.The rooms are spacious and mattress is the best - almost featherlike with asoft spring that will not sprain your body.My only complaintvis their food. The food is quite expensive for the quality of food and presentation.

Wis Castle hotel is in the center and serene area of Umahia, the Abia State capital.Umuahia is well known historically because of the important role the city played during the historical Nigeria- Biafra civil war time of late 60s to early 70.Now, about Wis Castle hotel, a well built out and well terraced spaced, clean , spacious and very decent in Design and outlook - aesthetics.The hotel as a facility is of a class, but then, the Management and upkeep of the facility is almost zero class.Alot can be improved in the management of the hotel in order to match its brand Identity.The hotels location is in very peaceful, serene and exclusively night area of the state capital.It can be good for a brief over night stay and may not be conducive for long stay as most of the installed facilities in place arent working properly as desired and Designed.Alot can be made to become better in Wis Castle.

Good hotel with almost everything on set and located in a good secured place in enugu

Lovely view from outside. Reception really stuffy, location is too isolated....rooms feel a bit creepy but probably thats just my own perception. Ill advise they change from the red jackets worn by the staff as it feels like a really creepy hotel to be in. You dont feel the vibe as such.

Exciting place to stay.

New building structure but Abysmal poor service. I was checked into a room with a dirty toilet. The TV had no working channel, i asked and was surprised when the reception said they turned it off. Had to check out next day and everybody helped with my bags in anticipation of tips -practically their only interest.

Their services are much better now than most of the average hotels around the area

This is the shameful hotel I have tried to sleep at. I left the Hotel by 0130hrs of the night due to no diesel, no fans and bad attitude of the Management. They run the Hotel from America with rude approach to guest.
