Its a big hotel with a nice setting, it has a moderate parking space, and good security. The rooms are nice and their services are great. Its has a 1000 capacity hall for events and ceremonies, just beside the main hotel building. There is a bar , a barbecue stand and popcorn stand. It has a wheelchair accessible entrance. They have a nice gym and also a swimming pool. They make use of both cash or POS for their payments. It was great visiting hotel due golf

This is the first and only place i have worked as an employee since the inception of the organization in 2018.i enjoyed working here because it has a friendly environment , a friendly management ,a friendly staff relationship and above all, a friendly customer satisfaction environment. Well it is a nice hotel. Nice interiors. I think what actually dropped my rating really was the services. I couldnt buy some certain things because I was told that they had specific days it was to be sold meanwhile it was on their menu. Then there was a case of faulty Air conditioning and their delay in changing rooms. Somewhat rude workers. Delay in food service. Faulty Power supply at some point.To be honest it would have been a great experience if not for the things I mentioned above. I hope the hotel improves on its customer and related services.

When I got here, the first room I was given had a bad AC. I had to wait over an hour to get another room. While I was waiting I placed an order for food. The food took two extra hours to get to me. I was already falling asleep when the waiter banged on my door. Next morning I went for my complimentary breakfast and stood at the restaurant for over 30 mins. The staff I spoke to said the person that would attend to me was not available.Big hotels get away with a lot of bad service because they have 24hr AC.

Big rooms, very clean. Nice food. The Oha soup was really great. Very friendly receptionist and good customer service.

Nice place to be

Nicely located with a boutique, swimming pool and gymnasium. Their food is really tasty too and theres a sit out with a bar by the swimming pool where you can order and eat delicious barbecue fish.My only concern is that it doesnt have an elevator, so be ready to climb the staircase to the 3rd floor.Also, its only 2 years and building maintenance seems to be an issue already.....I hope the standard is maintained as its Abas best hotel currently.

Terrible Hotel. With terrible Staff. Rude staff everyone.Someone books 20 rooms for his wedding and wants to take pictures.The staff rudely stopped them. Embarrassing the bride and her contingent in the process.Making her almost cry and almost ruining her day.With your security men threatening to smash cameras and beat up people. Shameful... train your personnels and tell people your terms and conditions before they book your rooms.

Dont quote me wrong if I say thats the best hotel in Abia State.. Its simply superb..

Great Hotel to stay in Aba Abia State

Nice place but long and boring lobby

Hotel Du Golf is one of the finest in Aba, the staff on shift the night I was there were not really helpful with the issues I had with my Room window. However, after much back and forth the issue was sorted. Apart from this, the place was nice and well secured. I suggest that staff need to be more customer friendly.

Hotel Du Golf is a nice hotel with friendly staff members who are always willing to help and assist. They have basic amenities and items that should make ones stay comfortable. The serene environment also helps one relax without being bothered about unnecessary noise. They can do better with their food (might be my taste bud) though but every other thing is nice.

Very good standard and service. Very good campus and security is one of the top I have witnessed in and hotel in the south East.The only downside is that maintenance does not seem to be a priority like elsewhere in Nigeria. They have enough staff to cover these areas.

This is a really nice place. Good service, excellent waiters, lovely food, good view, sublime rooms. Somehow Hotel Du Golf, Aba was able to put all these together to make a booming hotel. This is truly a place to be.

Poorly satisfied... how can a couple book a room for wedding and you cant allow them take a picture? To think your staff where willing to fight the photographers and threatening to smash their phones and camera was totally unbelievable.

In a serene environment. Facility is good, Rooms are spacious and particularly was impressed with the Room Cleaners. The bed dressed beautifully and Room left with such beautiful fragrance.The only problem noticed was so much delay for you to get the food you booked for. Very bad. You may spent 30 minutes in the Restaurant waiting to have complimentary breakfast of Fried egg and hot water to drink Team. Over 1 hour to get dinner. Outside this weakness, it is a quiet and secured place to be.

Staff seem lax about it and expect you to accept the painfully mediocre service cos they know there’s nothing you can do.They need to lift themselves up a few levels if they are to get my patronage in the future cos its quite bad.

I loved the ambiance, the staffs are kind and curt. Very hospitable and can be negotiated with even if your check out is a bit late. Iloved it that checkout is by 12pm. The only K leg is that nil life for laugages. A side that I love du gulf

Geat place but there is room for improvement, service delivery seems to be very poor with the Lady manager feeling over whelmed with the level of guest visiting and do not understand equal management of all visiting guests. Had to wait for over 2 hours just to have room cleaned up 5:20pm through 8:20pm. Also there is need to change the particular insecticide use. For the current one used is not friendly. Thus I will recommend the use of Good knight power shot safe to spray and stay inside endorse by Nigeria Medical Association with beautiful fragrance that serve as air freshener

The structure & compound is beautiful, but the hospitality need to some level of improvement. Varieties of Food is zero. Buffet is zero. The safety is okay. Wardrobe need some repairs.

I really enjoyed the reception as well as the sale. However, there were some boys placed in charge of Suya. They brought Suya of a lower price. Im not sure they are officials of the hotel. But their presence there can help you remain careful of dealing with those ones. The official staff, however, were courteous and efficient.The security too was good.
