I loved my experience there except for the fact that the staff asked me to go look for carton to package my goods when I know fully well that packaging is under the job description of the company, I had to go pick up abandoned cartons for this cause and that wasnt the first time such happened.Please always make sure not to stress customers this way, every other thing is perfect!

My last experience wasnt okay, I was supposed to receive an item but it took longer than was stated, I had to physically go there and I was made to pay for demurrage for an item I wasnt notified by them that I had a Package meant to be picked up. They ofcourse blamed it on sms failure.

Back in the days where sending a parcel within the town or outside Abuja was a problems, now things are better and well organised..In other to put to test the improving of this logistics organisation, I sent a letter to my brother who us in Lagos and it only took 1day to get to him.I urge anyone willing to use their service to have company in them.

I was there 30 minutes ago to meet your doors locked. I also saw other people there who came and saw you are closed. Meanwhile it says on here that you close 6pm. Kindly update your working hours. You may also want to update the directions. Google maps took me to the back of the street.

They need to do better. They dont send messages nor call when your parcel arrives and its usually a day short. The only good thing is your parcel would arrive in good condition

Commercial transporters at Jibowu area in Lagos. I love their buses, drivers (addressed as captains) are well dressed and not so bad drivers. This is so far so good and hope they will keep improving on their services.
